Hello! I am an IT Support Technician at Zen Focus Tech. On a daily basis I work with small businesses and clients to help make technology easier use for them. I mostly work with the Office 365 suite. I'm usually helping clients through email, text and over the phone. Helping people to the best of my ability brings me immense satisfaction and am excited to work in a tech space such as this.

Why Tech?
Ever since I was young, I’ve been fascinated with technology. Computers are used every day by billions of people, and they help improve lives. Whether that be sending an email to a friend across the world or doing research on a topic your passionate about. However, computers can be difficult to use and frustrating. I find fulfillment and satisfaction when helping someone with technology related problems. I enjoy problem solving issue and ensuring that you can use your technology in the easiest way possible.
More About Me
I’m originally from Missouri and I have moved around through the United States for most of my life growing up. I enjoy Washington more than another other state I’ve lived in simply because the nature out here is spectacular. I enjoy long hikes on trails I’ve never been to before and love to take photos along the way. I also really enjoy researching about new technology since the tech space is ever changing. Right now, I’m currently fascinated with new AI technology such as ChatGPT, we have an article on the website here if you want to check it out.
